At an early age Steve was taught that artistic talent is not enough, you need to unlock the power to tell your own stories. This drives his passion to advocate for the importance of children’s literature and stories that reflect our own culture. He hopes to influence younger generations to find their own voice, write their own tales, and represent themselves in their art, just as he strives to do.

Steve Moises is a creative director and writer based in Los Angeles, CA. His work has appeared on television, art galleries, and online publications. You may know him as Tropic Salvi on instagram, but wherever you find him, his enthusiasm for life, nature and art follows.
